  7. Find the vector and the Cartesian equations of the lines that pass through the origin and (5,-2,3).
  8. There are two bags , one of which contains 3 black and 4 white balls while the other contains 4 black and 3 white balls. A die is thrown at random. If it shows up 1 or 3, a ball is taken from the 1st bag but it shows up any other number, a ball is chosen from the second bag. Find the probability of choosing a black ball.
  9. Determine the direction cosines of the normal to the plane and the distance from the origin when z=2.
  10. Is the function f defined by f(x)=  continuous at x=0 or x=1 or x=2 ?
